Introductory to Business
Course Number: 843201
Business, Marketing, & Finance I is an innovative, introductory course which explores the world of business, marketing, and finance. This course focuses on the skills, knowledge, and attitudes demanded by employers in the workplace. Areas of study include career interests and aptitudes, employability skills, business, economic, financial, and marketing concepts. Emphasis is placed on business computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and multimedia applications. DECA, an Association of Marketing Students, is an integral part of this program.
Computer Graphics I

The Computer Graphics program introduces students to the principles of digital design, visual communication, and interactive media. It covers image editing, 3D modeling, animation, and advanced rendering techniques, equipping students with the technical and creative skills needed for careers in design, gaming, film, and digital marketing.

Business Mentorship
Course Number: 843121
In Business Mentorship I the student is introduced to marketing skills in a hands-on school-based enterprises (SBE) environment. The student develops and practices skills necessary for employment in a controlled learning situation. Areas of study are financial measures, facilities and equipment management, marketing functions, and career readiness. Students will work in the snack bar during lunch.

Through work experiences as supported by portfolio, the student explores personal and career interests, aptitudes and abilities. Personal management of time, health, and finances are also included. The necessary components of a productive and successful career are examined: technical knowledge, responsible and ethical behavior, and goal setting. Literacy strategies are integrated throughout the course.
