Online Registration - Registering to Cibola
Current Cibola Students
Families of all current Cibola students and pre-registered incoming 9th graders from our feeder schools must complete the online registration and follow the prompts.
You will be required to upload the required documents including your proof of residency. Please check the acceptable documents list (PDF).
Please note that an online registration will not be accepted, and your student will not be registered until we have received all the required documentation.
New to Cibola
- Families of new students to Cibola (Students who have never attended an APS school before and has no ID#) must complete the new online registration at and follow the prompts to create an account.
Returning to Cibola
- Families of returning students (Student who withdrew in current year and now back, also students transferring within APS, including APS Charter schools) must complete the returning online registration.
After the online registration has been submitted, please contact our Data Processor, Jessica, to complete the registration.
All new and returning students will need to upload all the required documents when completing the online registration. Please check the acceptable documents list (PDF). Students will need to fill out a course card to select their classes if they have not done so. They can do this in-person, or they can request a course card and course listing via email to atencio_j@aps.edu

Transfer Students
- Students who would like to attend Cibola but do not live in the Cibola district
- Please use the APS student transfer website, and complete the application. All transfers are handled by district. Contact (505) 855-9050 for assistance or questions about applications. Once you have received your transfer approval letter, please contact Jessica at atencio_j@aps.edu for further instruction on when to complete your online registration as those enrollments are created by district personnel.

- Forgot Password? Use the forgot password option in ParentVUE

In-Person Registration
- For new families only, can be done starting:
- April 8th, 2024
- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 11:30am, or from 12:30pm - 3:00pm
- Please make sure you bring in all required documentation to register your student.

Registration can be completed online using ParentVue. Visit the APS Enrollment page to learn about immunization, proof of address requirements and how to use ParentVue to enroll your student.
