Driving and Parking on Campus Lots

Parking passes cost $40 each and are non-refundable.

Students must Apply for a Parking Permit. Please use your student Google Account when submitting the form. All parking passes must be paid for online via School Pay:

The replacement cost for lost or stolen tags will be the same price as the corresponding lot price.

  • Junior Lot is on the east side of the school by the football field
  • Senior Lot is on the west side of the school by the tennis courts

*Permits that are revoked by administration will not be refunded.*

If you park on campus without a permit, you risk being towed after the 2nd violation.

Parking Permits must be hanging from the rear view mirror at all times while on campus.

Parking Violations & Discipline
No Permit or Parking without a correctly registered permit:

  • 1st Violation: Violation Notification & Vehicle info on record
  • ​​​2nd Violation: Violation Notification & Vehicle info on record
  • 3rd Violation: The vehicle will be towed at the owner's expense.

Parking in the Incorrect Lot (incorrect permit):

  • 1st Violation: Violation Notificiation & Vehicle info on record
  • 2nd Violation: Violation Notificiation & Vehicle info on record & Lunch Detention
  • 3rd Violation: Violation Notitication & Vehicle info on recored & ISS 1 day-sticker on car & Loss of parking privileges.
  • Subsequent Violations: The vehicle will be towed at the owner's expense

The cost of towing will be $200-$225 per tow at the owner's expense. The tow/storage facility is located at All Pro Towing, 505-639-3087, 3008 2nd St NW, Albuquerque, NM, 87107.

Policies For Use of CHS Parking Lots

  1. Parking is strictly limited to designated student parking areas based on eligibility for a senior, junior, or CEC parking permit. No parking in the Staff/Visitor Parking Lot. Violators will be identified, disciplinary actions will be taken, and vehicles risk being towed.
  2. All Athletes need to park in the lot they are eligible to park in. NO athletes are to park in the south lot (behind the school). No exceptions. You risk being towed if you park in a parking lot you aren't eligible to park.
  3. Enter and exit the lots through the correct designated gates.
  4. Gates to the Senior parking lot will be closed during class periods. The Senior lot gates will be opened. Ten (10) minutes before the bell rings and ten (10) minutes after the bell rings.
  5. No loitering in parking lots before, during, or after school, including passing periods and during lunch. No accessing vehicles during class time.
  6. Seniors are the only students allowed off campus during lunch and must have their student ID with them to leave campus. Seniors may not take an underclassman off campus. Your permit could be revoked if you do.
  7. The SPEED LIMIT is 5 mph at all times on campus.
  8. Do not park in ADA spaces without an ADA permit; do not park in fire lanes; do not park in bus loading lanes, or in front of gates.
  9. No reckless driving, spinning of tires, taking up more than one parking space, or boxing in another
    vehicle. Your permit could be revoked.
  10. Students may not ride in the back of trucks, on the hood, roof, or trunk of any vehicle, or do any other activity in or outside the vehicle that is deemed unsafe. Your permit could be revoked.
  11. Follow ALL instructions given by Security or Administration.

It is a privilege, not a right, to drive and park on Cibola's Campus. Parking Regulations will be strictly
enforced. Students in violation of driving and parking regulations risk suspension and/or revocation of
their parking privileges. The vehicle may be towed at the owner's expense. If your vehicle gets towed from campus, contact All Pro Towing at 505-639-3087.
