Welcome to Biology!

Welcome to Ms. Frank's Biology class!  I am looking forward to working with and teaching your child the fundamentals of high school biology this year! I currently have five sections of Biology I.  As you can imagine I have a passion for anything biology related!  I recommend keeping track of  assignments through ParentVue/StudentVue as well as signing up for my remind for important class reminders.  My contact information is right above this and e-mail is my preferred method of contact.   Please refer to my syllabus for specifics on what is expected this year.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions.

I'm looking forward to a great year!  Go Cougars!!!

  • COLORED PENCILS (small box or just 10-12 colors in a “Ziploc®” bag to leave in the classroom with your name on them if you choose OR students often buy the 3 ring binder pencil pouches to keep them in their biology binders).
  • HAND HELD PENCIL SHARPENER (you can leave this with your colored pencils)
  • 1 BOX OF “KLEENEX®” OR 1 ROLL OF PAPER TOWELS (we can use both if you can afford it).  If you are feeling super generous, Clorox wipes are also highly appreciated.
  • You should also bring a pen, pencil, and highlighter to class daily.

I will be offering tutoring on Wednesdays this school year from 2:30-3:30.  Please note, if there aren't any students present by 2:45 that the door may become locked and I may utilize my time elsewhere.  Any sudden cancellations or changes to tutoring will be posted on my door and sent through remind.
